Pro-life means different things to different people

To the Sentinel:
I am saddened by the political abuse of the Catholic Church for presidential gain. As a Catholic woman I had to make a very difficult choice in regard to which politician I would support. I came to an understanding that when a person advocates a war, one that has killed a Serbian Orthodox priest, an archbishop of Mosul, Iraq, 100,000 innocents, including pregnant Iraqi women, infants and children, I had come to a final conclusion. Catholics must understand that pro-life does not mean pro-war, pro-guns, and pro-death of innocent Iraqi pregnant women, children and infants. John McCain and Sarah Palin are anti-abortionist but not pro-life.
