Bud Brauser

Bud Brauser died March 15. He was 89.

Mr. Brauser was born Dec. 20, 1924, in Corvallis. He attended Benson High School and served with the Merchant Marines during World War II. After he returned to Portland, he married Agnes Schoenecker. He rebuilt automobile engines and was a founding partner of Central Cylinder Head and Crank City.

He was preceded in death by his son, Steve (Karen). He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Agnes; children, Mike (Barb), Nancy Palasky (Dave) and Barbara Twohy (Dan); 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m., Friday, March 21, at St. John Fisher Church, followed by a reception. Memorial donations can be made to St. John Fisher Church.
