Robert Schuh

Robert Schuh died Dec. 23. He was 78.

Mr. Schuh was born May 15, 1935, in Portland to Eddie and Ila Schuh. He attended schools in Portland and Oregon City. From 1953-‘62, he served in the Army National Guard. In, he married Dolores Schaefer. He attended Portland State College and transferred to Oregon State College, where he earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering.

They moved to New York, where he worked for General Electric. In 1963, he and his family moved to Seattle, where he worked for Boeing until retiring in 1991.They moved to Dallas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, June; and daughter, Mary, in 2013. He is survived by his wife, Dolores; son-in-law, Sandy Milne; children, Patty Turk (Mike), Cathy Hutchison (Erik), Jim Schuh (Kari) and Chris Schuh; sister, Carole Robinson (David); brothers Mike Schuh (Pam), Peter Schuh (Mary); six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass is to be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at St. Philip Church in Dallas.
