Julia Wycoff

Julia Monica Wycoff died Oct. 30. She was 89.

Mrs. Wycoff was born Aug. 7, 1924, to Raymond and Julia Carr in Great Falls, Mont. She married Franklin Royce in 1947. They lived in Seaside, Portland, Eugene and Klamath Falls. In 1983, she married Everett Wycoff and moved to Hayden Lake, Idaho. She returned to Portland after Everett's death.

She was a member of St. Anne Church in Gresham, St. Rita Church and St. Pius X Church in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William and Patrick Carr; sisters, Angela, Helen, Kathleen and Anne Marie; daughter, Nancy Thorpe; and husbands, Franklin Royce and Everett Wycoff.

She is survived by her brother, Jim (Lori) Carr; children, Steven (Kacey) Royce, Mike Royce and Barbara Royce; son-in-law, John Thorpe; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Rita Church. Memorial donations can go to the Blanchet House.
