COTTAGE GROVE — Denise Kebelbeck, a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, died May 12. She was 86.
Mrs. Kebelbeck was born April 18, 1927 in Laventure, Saskatchewan, Canada to Elzéar and Desnieges (Laventure) Tremblay. She married Carl Kebelbeck in 1960. She worked for a box making company, and then in the accounting department for St. Paul's Hospital in British Columbia, Canada. She was part owner, tour guide, and graphic artist for Specialty Tours and Fanta-See By Design.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Kebelbeck in 2012; sister, Cecile Tremblay; and brother, André Tremblay. She is survived by her daughter Louise (Randy Harbick), McKenzie Bridge; daughter Cecile (Bill Lynch), Marysville, Ohio; sister, Marie Henri, Prince George, B.C., Canada; brother, Wilfred Tremblay, Prince George; brother, Maurice Tremblay, Langley, BC, Canada; and three grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon, Friday, May 17, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Cottage Grove. Memorial contributions can be made to Strings of Compassion at SHMC-RiverBend, 3333 RiverBend Drive, Springfield, OR 97477.
