Philip Abraham

Philip Theodore Abraham died Jan. 2. He was 84.

Mr. Abraham was born Oct. 22, 1928. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He began his legal career working at the city attorney's office, and then became a judge in 1964. He retired as the Chief Criminal Judge of Multnomah County where he remained a senior judge until his death.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Louise. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Patti; seven children, Leslie (Ronald) Keller, Michael (Trisonya), Matthew, Lori (Steve) Lane, Philip Jr., Todd (Regina), and Melissa (Chris) Hartnell; 14 grandchildren; sisters, Doris, and Betty; and brothers, Dick, David and Bud.

A rosary will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 8, and a concelebrated funeral Mass at 11 a.m., both at All Saints Church. Memorial contributions can be made to All Saints School, Central Catholic High School, or St. Mary's Academy.
