Jasmine Ochoa-Tolento, a sixth grader at O’Hara School in Eugene, portrays St. Margaret of Scotland. Each year, sixth graders at the school study a saint or blessed and all kinds of projects follow, from map making to dramatic portrayals.

Students from Oregon State and Portland State universities this summer went on a evangelization trip to the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. The 30 youths organized the trek, which took place June 17-30. The trip started in the same way Jesus told his disciples to travel— with nothing for the journey. That’s because the baggage was stuck in Miami.
