Travel brings gratitude for home
When Lindy McDonald, pastoral council president at St. Philip Benizi Parish in Oregon City, visited Australia last summer she was excited, thinking she’d find even stronger faith communities than she was familiar with here in Oregon. And vacations can help us rediscover and cultivate this indispensable interior dimension of human life.”
Tips included the importance of continuing to go to Confession at least once a month, wherever you are.

Holy Name welcomes visitors
Coquille, although only four miles from the coast as the crow flies, is 18 miles from the sea by road and probably 25 miles by way of the Coquille River.
