Classes help in coping with loss

“Seven strategies: Coping with the recent death of a loved one” is a free one-hour presentation from Providence Hospice offering suggestions on how to cope during the weeks and months following the death of a loved one. Sessions include information on more help available in the community.   

Upcoming presentations are set for 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Stanley-Shaffer Room 20; 1p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at Providence Portland Medical Center in Cancer Center Room A; 11 a.m. Thursday, June 26, at Providence Willamette Falls Community Center in Conference Room B.
