MOUNT ANGEL — The Benedictine Sisters of Mount Angel are hosting a monastic week experience at Queen of Angels Monastery July 2-8. The week is an opportunity for single, Catholic women ages 18-50 who are interested in monastic life and spirituality to experience the daily rhythm of prayer, work, community, leisure and quiet in a Benedictine community. Participants are invited to stay at the monastery and share in the sisters’ daily life.

The schedule offers opportunities for silent reflection, as well as group recreation and fun outings. Their ministries a prayer center and shelter. They make and market mustard to offer support to their ministries.
