To the Catholic Sentinel:

There was a Right to Life event in Portland on Sunday, Jan. 19. Hundreds (if not more) people attended this event. They heard Archbishop Alexander Sample (among others) speak, and later marched in the streets of downtown  Portland. Yet, not one word about this event appeared in the Oregonian.

I saw not one word about it on our major television networks. Shame on our media! Shame, shame!

Archbishop John G. Vlazny last year called for a boycott of The Oregonian. We as Catholics should cancel our subscriptions. The Oregonian is very liberal, atheist and anti-Catholic paper.

It happens frequently. When there was a group of people that met in Portland at Pioneer Square protesting the HHS mandate and it effects on religious freedom, it was not reported on nor was it on any of the television web sites. It is called censoring the news. They pick and choose what fits their agenda.
