Parishioners march in Gay Pride parade.
To the Catholic Sentinel:
Some Portland area parishes proudly waved their banners in Portland’s Gay Pride Parade. I am sure the Catholic participants in the parade have good intentions, but they send mixed signals and confuse the faithful about what Catholics are to welcome. Apparently, the greatest virtue is to be welcoming and inclusive, and it trumps all other practice of holiness.
