This isn't humorous

To the Catholic Sentinel:
There is little to no humor over torturing a wealthy person over his/her finances. So why is there a high level of dark humor in director Michael Bay’s latest film, Pain and Gain?
The answer is that the dark humor reflects the half-baked plot of the “Sun Gym Gang,” a group of three bodybuilders from Florida led by Daniel Lugo.
The “Sun Gym Gang” kidnapped a wealthy gym patron in 1994 and forced him to sign over his fortune.
Pain and Gain is based off of a series of articles written by journalist Pete Collins that were published in the Miami Times in 1999.
