Who are we to say no to married priests?
Former Episcopalian priest and wife.
Former Episcopalian priest and wife.

To the Catholic Sentinel:

If a priest, who is holy, is called to both priesthood and then marriage, who are we to say marriage and priesthood are incompatible and kick him out of the priesthood?

My friends cannot find a priest to visit their ill relatives due to the priest shortage. It is not just a practical matter to have both celibate and married priests in all Catholic rites, it is a command of God if we are to love our neighbor and God and provide access to sacraments.
