To the Catholic Sentinel:

The huge vote by Latinos in favor of Obama, as reported in the Nov. 16-Dec. 6 Sentinel, was expected.

Welfare benefits are likely to continue under the new Obama Administration.

During his four years in office, the president has proven that he lacks the knowledge and concern in helping create a strong economic environment that will put Americans, including Latinos, to work.

The Vatican expresses hope that Obama will promote a “culture of life and religious freedom.” Both economic and religious liberty issues are likely to suffer during the next four years.
