Ten years ago, America watched the Katrina coverage with growing horror. Throughout September 2005, the images showed a nightmarish situation in what seemed like some foreign country. The days went by and still people were stuck on roofs and in the ring-of-hell that the New Orleans Superdome had become. The Houston Astrodome was incomparably better, but still was a dystopian, Mad Max scene.|
