Pastor named auxiliary bishop

A priest of the Archdiocese of Atlanta, Msgr. David Talley, 62, has been named auxiliary bishop.

Msgr. Talley has been a priest since 1989. Among the positions he has held in the archdiocese are that of vocations director, chancellor, metropolitan tribunal judicial vicar and pastor of several parishes.
