To the Catholic Sentinel:

Some Christians confuse discrimination toward homosexuals with not supporting homosexual marriage. There is a big difference between the two.
Christ taught that we are to love our neighbor, including homosexuals.

However, loving your neighbor does not mean you have to love everything he/she does.

Christ taught that marriage is between a man and a women. People may call Christians who support and follow this teaching anti-homosexual, not loving, etc. Christians were persecuted early on for following of Christ’s  teachings. Should we not accept minor persecution?
