To the Catholic Sentinel:

The insistence by many that the Church places too much emphasis on sinful and immoral conduct is confusing. The claim that statements on the serious immorality and socially destructive nature of such activities is driving would-be Catholic converts away from the Church is not based in reality. The Church has lost two generations of souls through poor catechesis.

The Church should sound a clear statement of every Catholic’s relationship with the Church. The Church should cut its losses with the prior two generations and put all its energy into making the present and future generations of young people true, believing Catholics.
