St. Cecilia Church in Beaverton celebrates centennial.
BEAVERTON — St. Cecilia Parish celebrates a century since its dedication during two anniversary Masses on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 12-13.

Archbishop Alexander Sample will preside over a vigil Mass Oct. 12 at 4 p.m., concelebrated by many former pastors and parochial vicars. A gala will follow the Mass at the Jesuit High School Knight Center. Tickets to the gala are $35 per person.

The second centennial service, a bilingual Mass in English and Spanish, will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., Oct. 13, followed by a reception with food and entertainment in the parish activity center.
