MILWAUKIE — The former athletic director at Roosevelt High School in North Portland has taken a similar post at La Salle Prep. Prior to his work at Roosevelt, Glenn Elliott served as the principal of North Marion High School. During his time as assistant principal at Hood River Valley High School, he managed the remodeling of the football stadium, batting cages and weight room.

Elliott has experience hiring, supervising and evaluating coaching staff and facilitating relationships with local feeder systems and youth programs. He is a member of the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association, the Oregon Baseball Coaches Association and the Oregon Athletic Directors Association.

He received an undergraduate degree in secondary education from Eastern Oregon University and a masters in teaching focusing on physical education and health from Lewis & Clark College.

"I strongly believe Glenn is a good fit for La Salle," says Andrew Kuffner, the principal. "I believe he brings some wonderful depth and perspective to my administrative team and his experience and knowledge of administration, athletics, along with his demonstrated work ethic and relationship-based quality athletic vision will continue to push La Salle in the right direction."
