Rosina D'Ambrosia, a member of Holy Rosary Church, died June 6. She was 98.

Mrs. D'Ambrosia was born June 19, 1914, in Marshfield to Dominico and Ida D'Ambrosia. She graduated from Marshfield High School and attended business college in Portland. She worked as a secretary for the U.S. Military Assistance Advisory Group. During World War II, she was stationed in Washington, D.C., then she took assignments in London, Frankfurt and Paris before spending the last 20 years of her career in Lisbon, Portugal. In 1979, she retired and moved to Portland to be near family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Nick and Mary. She is survived by her sister, Olga Bendinelli (Henry); nieces and nephew; and six great-nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at noon, Friday, June 14, at Holy Rosary Church, preceded by a rosary at 11:30 a.m. and followed by a reception at Calaroga Terrace. Memorial donations can be made to Holy Rosary Church.
