Matthew Scott, of Tualatin, died Feb. 6 during the Interstate 5 crash in Battle Ground, Wash., that involved 28 vehicles.

Family and friends have set up the Matthew Scott Memorial Fund through U.S. Bank or at Proceeds will help the family. Scott did not have life insurance.
